FY 2012

Q1. On the budget forms (Attachments 9a – 9e) how should the name of our organization, project contact name, and contact information be added?

A1. You are not able to type the program name, project contact name, or contact information directly onto the form.  Print out the budget forms and write in this information for each funding source.

Q2. Where do you find the information for the unduplicated totals line?

A2. This information is located on the FY10 program status report. Using the information on that report, estimate the unduplicated totals for FY11 and FY12.
