The computer skills needed on the part of faculty are basic. If we include Gel
Electrophoreses of DNA material as employment of a technology then some expertise
would be expected on the part of the instructors.

Cost
The cost of the LabWorks II-100 is $595. The equipment is discussed in the
"Scientific Data Collection" module by the author. The simulation software is $75
for a single station, which is sufficient for this unit.
