The Illinois Community College Board is the statewide coordinating agency for the Illinois Community College System and the Adult Education System. The colleges and adult education providers are located statewide and enroll more than one million students annually. The Board's administrative offices are located in Springfield and Chicago. Its primary responsibility is to administer the Public Community College Act and to conduct the coordination activities and provide the regulation therein assigned to it. SPRINGFIELD
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
RESEARCH AND POLICY STUDIES
The Assistant Director for Research and Policy Studies reports to the Senior Director for Research and Policy Studies. The position assists in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data on community colleges, adult education providers and other grant programs administered by the Illinois Community College Board.
Salary Range: $27,500- $29,750.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION
The Assistant Director for Career and Technical Education reports to the Director for Career and Technical Education. Responsibilities include coordinating and reviewing the grant packages, assisting grantees with guidelines, participating in the development of new grant programs, and assisting with the college recognition process. The position is covered under the State Universities Civil Service System and a test may be required. The test will be arranged upon verification of minimum qualifications. Salary Range: $27,500- $29,750.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR FOR PROGRAM COMPLIANCE
ADULT EDUCATION AND FAMILY LITERACY
Associate Director for Program Compliance reports to the Senior Director for Adult Education and Family Literacy. Responsibilities include coordinating and reviewing state and federal laws and providing technical assistance and guidance on policies to providers of adult education. The position is covered under the State Universities Civil Service System and a test may be required. The test will be arranged upon verification of minimum qualifications. Salary Range: $35,000 to $37,200.

ACCOUNT TECHNICIAN II
FINANCE AND OPERATIONS
The Account Technician II reports to the Director for Finance and Operations. Responsibilities include processing staff travel reimbursements, preparing vouchers on the generalized accounting system, and auditing bills for accuracy. The position is covered under the State Universities Civil Service System and a test may be required. The test will be arranged upon verification of minimum qualifications. Salary Range: $21,750 to $24,000.
